# How to Complete Your KYC on AZCoiner

After one year of launch, AZCoiner is preparing for important steps. Starting on November 22, AZCoiner will begin the KYC verification process. By completing KYC, you’ll unlock exclusive benefits designed to enhance your experience with AZCoiner.

## How to Complete Your KYC on AZCoiner

#### Step 1. Received invitation to do KYC from the system

#### Step 2: Log in to the application, select the Menu bar in the top left corner, select KYC

#### Step 3. Submit personal information

Fill in the information based on your personal documents. You can use National ID, Partport or driving license

Take a photo of your personal documents. Please ensure the photo is clear, well-lit, and captures all corners.

Take a selfie photo. Ensure the photo is well-lit and clear. Note that the photo must not be backlit and must not contain dark or blurry areas. (Failure to do this will result in the photo being rejected.)his step is not followed, the system will reject it.)

Please wait while we verify your documents. The waiting time may vary depending on the number of submissions. Please be patience.

#### Step 4. Perform Live check

Once the first approval step is completed, you will receive a notification to proceed to the next step.&#x20;

You will have **2 days from the time you receive the notification to complete the Live check**. If you do not complete the Live check within 2 days, you will need to wait for the next round.&#x20;

Please enable notifications to avoid missing important updates.

When the system asks you to Hold still, please do not move your face.

Congratulations, you have completed the KYC.

Step 5. Live Check is unsuccessful

If your Live Check is unsuccessful, wait for 1 hour before trying again. Please note that each person is allowed up to 4 attempts within 2 days. If you exceed the time limit or the maximum attempts without success, please wait for further announcements.
